N-STEP runs as a 3-credit open elective that any student in any branch can join. Each track is 12 weeks, mentored by industry practitioners, and closes with a real project submitted to our MoU partners HCL, JPMorgan, Deloitte, and Tech Mahindra.

PDP, RBLP, and LSEP together generate 7 UGC-format academic credits per student — directly fulfilling NEP 2020 Criterion 2 and 3 of NAAC. Built for engineering colleges that want to matter.
Professional Development Program
A structured 2-credit course covering industry communication, project management, technical presentation, and professional ethics. Designed in collaboration with HCL and Tech Mahindra HR teams to match what companies actually look for in freshers.
Research-Based Learning Program
A 5-credit research course where students work in guided teams on real deep-tech problems sourced from our MoU partners. Teams are mentored by IIT faculty and industry leads. Every RBLP project is submitted for potential incubation at T-Hub.
Live Software Engineering Program
A 6-month internship where students work directly on TechM4Solutions' deployed AI and SaaS products — EAMCET Predictor, AutoHire.AI, RythuSeva, SchoolOS. Not a simulation. Students maintain real code in production with real users. Assessment rubric provided to institutions.

AI Builders Bootcamp
48-hour intensive. Build and deploy a machine learning model on TechM4India's cloud infrastructure. Mentored by engineers from our Solutions division. Certificate issued by NSDC.
Cybersecurity Hackathon
Capture-the-flag format security competition. Real vulnerabilities, real systems, real stakes. Top performers get fast-tracked into StaySecure product team as interns.
Drone Engineering Sprint
Build, program, and fly. Students design a drone payload mission over 3 days. Top designs enter TechM4Space's CanSat program and compete at national-level aerospace events.
AgriTech Innovation Camp
Solve real problems from Telangana's farming communities using IoT, data, and automation. Connected directly to our RythuSeva product team who mentor student solutions for potential deployment.
Startup Launchpad
Zero-to-pitch in 3 days. Student teams take a problem statement from one of our MoU partner companies, build an MVP, and pitch to a panel including T-Hub investors. Best teams get incubation access.
BioTech Frontier Camp
Hands-on lab work in bioinformatics, genetic data analysis, and biosensor prototyping. Hosted in TechM4Engineering's BioTech Lab. Designed for students crossing biology and computer science.
